Before even starting to look, make sure you know which area you want to live in. Everyone in London has a good thing to say about his or her corner of the city. The choices should depend on accessibility to work, transportation and other cultural or personal entertainment venues. You do not want to get your dream flat in a place that is far from everything.
Next, make sure that you meet all the criteria the person who is advertising the has listed. It can be a pain down the line when you get into a misunderstanding because you didn’t read the rules or small prints carefully.
